Let's talk about your project

A first confidential conversation, no commitment. We reply within 48 hours, in English, French or Arabic.

Describe your project

ABC Consultancy, Dubai

A strategic advisory firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Meetings in person or by video call.

How a first conversation works

First contact is by phone, WhatsApp, email or the form above. We reply within 48 working hours to schedule a thirty-minute conversation, by video call or at our offices in Dubai. This conversation is confidential and without commitment: it serves to understand your objective, your situation, your timeline and your budget, and to tell you frankly whether and how we can help.

To prepare, it helps to tell us who you are, which country and sector interest you, the order of magnitude of your project and your deadline. If you already have documents, business plan, permits, titles, offers received, you can send them after the first conversation, under a confidentiality agreement if you wish.

After the conversation we send you a written proposal describing the engagement, deliverables, timeline, fees and terms. You decide. If you accept, we sign a mandate and begin. If your project falls outside our expertise, we tell you and, where possible, refer you to a colleague.

What we ask of our clients

Transparency about the source of funds and the identity of the people involved: it is a requirement of Dubai's regulators and banks, and the condition of everything we do. Respect for the timelines we set together: a company formation, a property purchase or a set-up in Africa follow steps that cannot be compressed indefinitely. And direct communication: a single point of contact on your side, reachable, who makes decisions or has them made quickly.

In return, we commit to confidentiality, rigorous vetting, clear costs and availability. We take on no more engagements than we can follow personally, and we would rather decline a mandate than execute it poorly.

Practical questions

What are your hours?

Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm Dubai time (UTC+4), with WhatsApp cover for urgent matters.

Do you meet in person?

Yes, by appointment, at our offices in Dubai. We also travel to the African countries where we support projects.

Is the first conversation paid?

No. The first thirty-minute conversation is free and without commitment.

How do you guarantee confidentiality?

Through a confidentiality agreement signed on request from the first conversation, and strict internal document handling procedures.

Can I write to you in Arabic?

Yes. We work in English, French and Arabic.

Before you write: what helps us help you

You will save time by including five things in your message. First, who you are: individual, entrepreneur, company, fund, public institution. Second, which direction you are working in: from Africa to Dubai, from Dubai to Africa, or both. Then the country or countries concerned, and the sector: real estate, company formation, gold and precious metals, mining, energy, agriculture, infrastructure, logistics, tourism, finance. Finally, the order of magnitude of the project and your deadline: a 300,000-dollar property purchase within three months is not handled like a 20-million industrial set-up over two years.

You do not need a complete file to contact us. Many clients arrive with an idea, an opportunity someone presented to them or a specific question, and the first conversation is what frames it. However, if a counterparty has already approached you with a proposal, we advise signing nothing and paying nothing before talking to us: counterparty verification is one of the services we provide most often, and it prevents the most costly mistakes.

Our offices are in Dubai, in a business district about twenty minutes from the airport. Dubai has direct flights to over twenty-five African cities, from Casablanca to Cape Town and Dakar to Nairobi, so most clients can come and meet us within a day. For those who cannot travel, video calls replace the first conversation and most that follow perfectly well.

What happens after your message

Your message reaches our team in Dubai directly. We read it, check that your project falls within our scope and reply to you personally, never with an automated message. If we need clarification, we ask by email or WhatsApp before proposing a time for the conversation. If we cannot help, we tell you in that first reply.

During the conversation we take the time to understand your situation as a whole, because a project in Dubai often has consequences in Africa, and vice versa: residence taxation, holding structure, repatriation of income, family situation. We ask precise questions and answer in kind. By the end of the exchange you know whether we can work together, on what, within what timeframe and for what budget. You then receive our written proposal within a few days and make your decision without pressure.

If you decide to proceed, we sign a mandate that sets out the scope, the deliverables, the fees and the confidentiality terms, and we open your file. From that point you have one contact person who follows your project from the first document to the final signature, and beyond if you wish. If you decide not to proceed, your information is deleted from our systems on request, and you remain welcome to come back later.

Meeting us in Dubai

If you are coming to Dubai, let us know a few days in advance: around our meeting we are happy to arrange visits to properties, free zones or trading offices, and meetings with the partners useful to your project, lawyer, banker, developer or refiner. A well-prepared day in Dubai often achieves as much as a month of remote exchanges. We can also advise on hotels, getting around and entry formalities, which are straightforward for most African nationalities with a visa obtained online in a few days.

For clients based in Africa who prefer that we come to them, we travel regularly to the countries where we support projects and can combine several meetings in one trip. Tell us your city and your availability, and we will find a date. Whatever the format, the first conversation follows the same rule: it is confidential, free of charge and without commitment, and it ends with a clear answer on whether and how we can help.
